Robot Rental Company provides humanoid robot rental services, including home trial experiences, delivery, setup, and ongoing support during the trial period.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Home Trial Terms

When participating in a home trial, you agree to:

• Use the robot only for its intended purposes
• Follow all safety guidelines provided during onboarding
• Not modify, disassemble, or attempt to repair the robot
• Provide a safe environment for the robot during the trial period
• Allow our team access for setup, support, and retrieval

5. Payment Terms

Trial fees and payment terms will be communicated to you before your trial begins. Payment is due according to the schedule agreed upon at the time of booking. Cancellation policies will be provided with your trial confirmation.

6. Liability and Damages

You are responsible for any damage to the robot that occurs during your trial period due to misuse, negligence, or failure to follow provided guidelines. Normal wear and tear is expected and will not result in additional charges.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Robot Rental Company or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Robot Rental Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
